Usage Details

Diffusion (Aromatherapy)

Add 2-3 drops to your ultrasonic diffuser (cinnamon is potent – less is more). Diffuse for 30–60 minutes. Perfect for warmth, energy, mental clarity, and seasonal comfort.

Inhalation (Steam)

Add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water. Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes. Ideal for mental fatigue, focus, and respiratory comfort.

Topical Application (Skin)

Always dilute. Cinnamon bark oil is very potent. Never apply undiluted to skin.

Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil with 10ml (1 tablespoon) of carrier oil such as sweet almond, jojoba, or fractionated coconut oil.

Apply to chest, neck, shoulders, abdomen, or cold hands and feet.
